The December Chatham REA meeting was held on Monday, December 11, 2023 at the West Broad Street YMCA. It was a festive occasion complete with holiday songs, presents, a Silent Auction, and a delicious buffet lunch.
Chatham REA members volunteered with the Christmas Feed the Hungry event at the Enmarket Arena. Gift cards were presented to Greenbriar Children's Center, Safe Shelter, and The Tom Austin House to fulfill their Christmas wish lists.
The December Guest Speaker was Mioshei Mobley from the Dedicated Senior Medical Center. This is a primary and specialty care practice committed to delivering superior healthcare and services to Medicare-eligible seniors, such as Telehealth, on-site tests, screenings, and door-to-door transportation.
A tour of White Bluff Elementary School is planned for January 8, 2024. Chatham REA will present school supplies to the students. The next Chatham REA meeting will be held Monday, February 12, 2024.
